Starbucks

I love going to this specific Starbucks location! I have one closer to my house but I travel the extra 5 minutes because of the staff, the environment, and atmosphere. Since going back to school, I've spent a lot of time going to Starbucks as a way to study and get some school work done. The staff are amazing, they have great interpersonal skills, always greets me, asks me if I need anything, checks on me constantly, and stay enthusiastic. I truly never had an experience like this with any other store and that's all thanks to the good management they have. I want to highlight Ren, Zac, Kenya, Nicole, and Jess, amongst other employees. I love that this location closes a little later than the other stores and I've never had any issues. I love that the music is not overbearing and the temperature is always within par. I love how the setup is with the bigger tables, lounge areas, and my favorite spot counter on the corner where I can keep to myself. I only have good things to say about this location especially the staff, and for some who have posted a not-so-good review on their food/anything at all, one thing I could reassure you is that Zac, the manager, will always make sure I get my food and drinks right and will no doubt, change it to better suit my preferences if I wasn't okay with it.

Quite cozy. Staff were attentive and got me my drink quick- I got an espresso. I thought it about later that night~ Is it that sweet? I guess so. I couldnt sleep, i know, its that starbucks espresso. Also there was a cute guy working at the place across the street, i think his nametag said Edwin? His looks alone made my day and boosted the atmosphere here up to eleven. Will come again!

We have tried all the Starbucks locations in Chesapeake and this is our favorite. Great cozy seating, Jolly Zak is the epitome of great customer service, perfect to-order coffee drinks, and a balanced music playlist. The only room for improvement is a consistent slow water leak under the bar top. It puddles there. There's always a yellow caution sign on top of the pooling water. Upper level type management needs to repair this.
